Pregnancy and Lifestyle Changes...

                        Of course there are lot of changes in your body throughout the pregnancy...and there are other changes too which should be noticed and taken to be granted while you are pregnant, Changes that you can take care of and also the Changes which are inevitable &sometimes unpredictable.
                   

                      These changes include Physical, mental, financial (yes you have to plan about your bucks) and on a whole a lifestyle change. For the  physical changes are very common, yet you can control your health, size and some petty changes by taking good care of yourself and by testing your mental stability too... here both physical and mental changes go hand in hand, thanks to the hormonal changes. The infamous cravings play a vital role in unbalancing your size and health. you can control your cravings at least by making healthy choices like yogurt for ice cream in the middle of the night and low fat food instead of high fat mayonnaise/ double cheese pizzas etc., and include workout routine in your life. In the process of choosing the best food gives a test to your mental strength.                      



                        These are all about the first few months of pregnancy but in the last months of your pregnancy you will have other type of cravings. No!! This is not about food, instead its about the baby and shopping for the baby. you will have "n" number of dreams about your baby and want to give them the best, so you will purchase so many clothes (you call it planning!! Don't!!!) but many of your relatives and friends will be showering your baby with gifts ( at the time of Baby shower or at the delivery) which will mostly be dresses. so don't waste your nickle on that. instead you can make a list and post it in the invitation of the baby shower which are the items you require for the baby so that every one will know what is important.

                    Don't hesitate to do that as every one around you will be pleased to give the gift you really want and use. Gifts like Crib, swing, car seat, walker etc. are on top of the list.

Coming to Exercise routine.... you can start with walking( my favorite) which could be done all the time and by anybody. If you have complications in the pregnancy you should first take your doctor's concent to do any physical  exercise. there is another exercise which you can do throughout your pregnancy. It's swimming. You can also do a research about Lamaze classes around your area or consult your doctor about such classes . These are the exercises best for a pregnant women which can give you guidance about how to breath and which exercise is best for you at which stage of pregnancy.
