For the &amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;physical changes&lt;/b&gt; are very common, yet you can control your health, size and some petty changes by taking good care of yourself and by testing your mental stability too... here both physical and mental changes go hand in hand, thanks to the&amp;nbsp;hormonal&amp;nbsp;changes. No!! This is not about food, instead its about the baby and shopping for the baby. you will have "&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;n&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;" number of dreams about your baby and want to give them the best, so you will purchase so many clothes (you call it planning!! Don't!!!) but many of your&amp;nbsp;relatives&amp;nbsp;and friends will be showering your baby with gifts ( at the time of Baby shower or at the delivery) which will mostly be dresses. so&amp;nbsp;don't&amp;nbsp;waste&amp;nbsp;your nickle on that.&amp;nbsp;instead&amp;nbsp;you can make a list and post it in the invitation of the baby shower which are the items&amp;nbsp;you&amp;nbsp;require for the baby so that every one will know what is important.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Don't hesitate to do that as every one around you will be pleased to give the gift you really want and use. Gifts like Crib, swing, car seat, walker etc. are on top of the list.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coming to&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;Exercise routine&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;.... you can start with walking( my favorite) which could be done all the time and by anybody. If you have&amp;nbsp;complications&amp;nbsp;in the pregnancy you should first take your&amp;nbsp;doctor's&amp;nbsp;concent to do any physical &amp;nbsp;exercise. there is another exercise which you can do throughout your pregnancy. It's swimming. You can also do a research about Lamaze classes around your area or consult your&amp;nbsp;doctor&amp;nbsp;about such classes .
